TVS Motors has launched the X electric scooter as its second electric scooter offering. Prior to this, the company had introduced electric scooters like the iQube.

The company has packed several features into this premium electric scooter. It comes with a 10.2-inch TFT touchscreen display with tilt adjustment. Additionally, it includes cruise control, reverse assist, TVS Smart Connect connected features, live video streaming, onboard games, a web browser, live location sharing, keyless entry, LED headlights, sequential indicators, and anti-theft alarm, among other features.

Powerful Battery and Motor

The X electric scooter from TVS is equipped with a motor that generates 11 kilowatts of power, allowing it to accelerate from 0 to 40 kilometers per hour in just 2.6 seconds. It has a top speed of up to 105 kilometers per hour. Furthermore, it offers various riding modes to extend its range. The scooter comes with a 4.44-kilowatt-hour lithium-ion battery, providing it with a range of approximately 140 kilometers. The battery can be charged up to 50% in just 50 minutes and takes around 4.30 hours for an 80% charge.

Pricing

TVS has positioned this scooter in the premium electric scooter segment. As a result, it is priced at INR 2.50 lakh (ex-showroom, Bengaluru). The TVS X scooter does not qualify for fame subsidy.
